The Scientific Symposium on Tea & Human Health will be a plenary session on new and emerging science regarding the effects of tea in promoting health and reducing the risk of chronic disease, with a discussion of the underlying mechanisms of action by tea polyphenols. The symposium will feature top researchers in the field of tea and human health from around the world and continuing education credits will be provided for registered dietitians who attend. Eight CEU credits pending for Registered Dietitians and other healthcare professionals.

Abstracts for poster presentations are welcome from scientists in all
sectors, including academia, government, industry and education. Proposals
will be reviewed based on their individual merit and their application to
research on tea. All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges and
awards provided to top poster abstract presentations submitted
