2012 West Virginia Dietetic Association Annual Meeting: "Seven Decades of Service"

 

2012 marks the 70th anniversary of the West Virginia Dietetic Association.  The educational sessions will be held in Morgantown on May 16 and May 17 at the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center.

Educational Speakers include:
(Wednesday May 16, 8 am) Catharine Powers "Feeding Children: The RD's Role at Home, School and in the Community"
(Wednesday, May 16, 1:30 pm) Dr. Jim Painter "International Food Guides".

(Thursday, May 17, 9 am) Lynn Spaulding "Fiber, Prebiotics and Probiotics: Assisting in the Challenge of Bowel Management in the Elderly"
(Thursday, May 17, 10:30 am) Peter Beyer "Inflammatory Bowel Disease"
(Thursday, May 17, 3 pm) Sarah-Jane Bedwell "Nutrition and Eye Health"
